Fusion Core Meltdown Battle

Close-quarters battle inside a fusion core that is undergoing controlled meltdown as a last-ditch weapon. Soldiers fight hand-to-hand on narrow catwalks while the core pulses brighter and hotter. Tracking shot following one fighter as he is thrown against a cooling line that ruptures, spraying superheated coolant. Slow-motion of the liquid freezing mid-air into sharp crystals that continue the fight. Final wide shot of the core reaching critical as the last two combatants are silhouetted against the expanding light.
